Experience
For over 35 years, I've built a strong reputation for effective, inspired leadership in international high-tech sales, marketing, applications engineering, and general management operations. I've had the good fortune to learn from some of the best and brightest at large companies such as Texas Instruments, AMD, and Analog Devices. However, I've spent most of my career helping to draft and execute winning strategies by building and leading enthusiastic and over-achieving teams of all sizes at small and mid-size companies in all stages of growth and maturity.
I am also a former youth athletic coach and now a high school and youth lacrosse and football game official. Coaching and officiating student athletics offer endless possibilities for continuously learning teamwork, strategy, chemistry, camaraderie, discipline, and effort. Youth athletics is my "workshop." The professional world - conference rooms, training rooms, break rooms, and boardrooms - is my "studio,"
